A highlight of his seminary years was meeting his future wife, Fidelia. He served as pastor at three locations: the First Congregational Church in Baraboo, Wis.; the Congregational Church United in Branford, Conn.; and the Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, in Enfield, Conn, retiring at the end of 1991.
